After completing his bachelor's degree in Amsterdam and a master's in Luxembourg, he returned to his passion, refining his innate skills with professional training at Le Cordon Bleu. The result is a cooking style that is both profoundly respectful of its roots and executed with polished technique, offering a genuine and elevated taste of Mexico.
